I'm creating a site where only invited users can register.

For this reason, the site is configured to only Administrators can create new accounts.

Invitations are being sent normally, but when a new user accesses the link, it obtains information of restricted access (http 403 error).

There are how to solve this issue in a simple way?

I think it would be interesting to create the option of invited users can register on the account settings page (admin/config/people/accounts).

My difficulty was in version 7.x-4.x. I went back to using version 7.x-2.x and problem was solved.
