Add selector context on menu item

I needed to be able to only show the popup for menu items in a particular part of the DOM, e.g., for the menu item when it's in the main menu at the top of the page and not when it is in the footer.

Attached is a patch that adds a context field to the menu items minipanel configuration. I hope this or something similar can be committed.
