Display posts with ajax?

Is there a module or option to display posts with ajax?

So i don't refresh page, but i load post's?

load posts where? views has ajax loading and there are a plethora of ajax modules in contrib

load posts on front page.

When i add post, i display it on front page with ajax...

create a front page with the views module. set the ajax setting for the view. set the view as the front page. test.
