bgcomment.gif missing from /img

It's referenced, but it's not included in the download. Thus each time a story/article is viewed, a not found message is logged in the watchdog.

Not a biggie, I have just touched bgcomment.gif for now. Be nice to get the actual file though, does it make the page look different?
