Drupal 7.19 cause maximum funcion error

Hi.

After update a site to 7.19 core version, I get this error:

Fatal error: Maximum function nesting level of '100' reached, aborting! in C:\wamp\www\mysite\includes\database\database.inc on line 429

3 1.2094 6217688 _drupal_bootstrap_full( ) ..\bootstrap.inc:2198
...

This is the second time that I tried this, but I'm not able to solve the issue alone one more time.

I can not access any pages.

What to do?

Solved, but there is still error

To solve the problem, I had to revert to the previous version (7.18) and clear the cache via the database.

What is the reason of this error? There how to fix so I can upgrade to the new version?

Same error again

Again the same error. I could see that this issue occurs after running update.php file.

I thought that this issue could be related to my topic. The theme was modified to Garland and the error persisted.

Again, I have to regress to version 7.18.

Any idea?
