Thank you for your wonderful module. After the upgrade today (January 18) of 7.x-1.x-dev receive the error when trying to edit the simplead node ..

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'simpleads_node_form' was given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 798 of /home/public_html/includes/form.inc).

Looking forward to the fix :)

Should have mentioned in dblog shows

Notice: Undefined index: simpleads_node_form in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 763 of /home/public_html/includes/form.inc).
