Hi,

I'm based in Manhattan and don't know Drupal at all or PHP for that matter. I know HTML and CSS. Since I prefer oral instructions/tutorials rather than reading thru' all this material, I would appreciate meeting someone in Manhattan who can tutor me on the weekends (maybe 2-3 weekends for the basics).

I have realized - kind of late I guess - that everyone is moving towards CMS and I know nothing about it.

Since I'm a local access TV Producer, I would be very happy to buy lunch/snacks on the days we meet, and do as many shows as you want, in whatever topics - professional/hobbies, in exchange.

You will find plenty of good stuff here, there is also the pro development book which I really like but might be overkill until you get your confidence
