Disable tinyMCE for any safari based browser [#189333]

Here is my patch to disable Safari based browsers for TinyMCE/Drupal

Not sure if this is the best solution, but it is one solution - stristr for 'safari' in the user agent

maybe this could be made an option in the profile config?

Safari 3 works quite well now

well you could modify the patch so it allows safari 3, but its still broken for the rest of us
