I'm glad to see this module - it should be a great step forward for community sites needing a solid implementation of forums in Drupal. One project that compliments this one very well is the flatforum module (http://drupal.org/project/flatforum). The project itself is mostly actually a theme snippet. The module itself is actually secondary and only provides the membership and posting information that is then called by the theme snippet. Since this project provides this information and more it would be good to work with the flatforum author to standardize this information.
Do you have any thoughts or ideas in this area?

liam mcdermott commentedLot's of vague ideas at the moment. I'll certainly be posting something on the DruBB group when I'm settled doing this module development thing.
Am pretty sure flatforum is unmaintained at the moment. As am quite happy writing my own themes I decided to go down the route of creating my own theme and this complementary module instead of using flatforum. :)

liam mcdermott commentedThe flatforum has been taken over and made into Advanced Forum by Michelle. Unfortunately she is not willing to integrate User Stats at the moment. Hopefully including some documentation and demand from users will change this.
Am going to mark this fixed for the moment. I will be trying to get this module used by Advanced Forum in the future though. :)

michelleJust stumbled on this old issue. In case anyone else stumbles on it, I thought I'd mention that AF has made use of user stats for some time now. :)
