Hi.

When use timelinejs, single quote(apostrophe) is shown incorrectly.
I don't know why single quote broken in headline display. But when replace entity number to entity name refered in http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_entities.asp , timelinejs displays single quote correctly.

Single quotes seem to work fine for me as it is, so this might be a font, browser or an OS issue.
At any rate, changing it to use the entity name doesn't break anything. And since it fixes an issue for you, I committed it.

FYI: didn't work for me; I still got '&#039' displayed instead of a single quote.

I discovered the reason at #2064003: #039 character codes display in block timeline titles.
