Error Call to undefined function get_color_scheme_name()

After upgrading to core 7.19 Appearance wouldn't work, got error messages, so reinstalled latest Adaptive Theme versions and latest Pixture Reloaded versions, in various combinations, and keep getting

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_color_scheme_name() in /home/constitu/amend-it.org/sites/all/themes/pixture_reloaded/template.php on line 15

Uninstalling everything and re-installing everything, and regressing to core 7.18, all fail to work.

I have also posted to Adaptive Theme in case the problem is on their side.
