After ajax: adding new checkboxes on the form they are not active (clickable)

My initial reaction is that Shiny shouldn't be doing anything to make the form elements inactive. There is plenty of ajax going on in the Commerce Kickstart distro that doesn't seem to have this problem (or if it doesn't I just haven't been able to replicate it). Can you provide more information to help me replicate your bug?
