These users, http://drupal.org/user/201758 and http://drupal.org/user/201759 (there is also a third earlier) are clearly the same person and keep posting the same information about the "Saatchi Gallery". Is there something we can do to keep them from adding yet another user and posting the information yet again.

there would have to be something common with their login idea, email domain, IP address to block on a pattern.
