Hello Everyone,
never thought achieving indexing of nodes by title is so eazy, so here is my documentation how i achieved it

1) add a new view in my case i neamed a_z_listing
2) choose content of type article then create page ->continue and edit
3) In sort criteria : Content: Title (asc) ( actually it group by the view into alphabetically ascending order)
4) In Contextual filter -> add->content title->When the filter value is NOT in the URL->(select)Display all results for the specified field
5) same page more->(check) glossary mode->Character limit ->1(it returns 1st alphabet of your title)

And your done
go to theme information select row style
some debugs and customize its view according to requirement
