Add close button

Is it possible to have a close button on the mini panel so that one can decide to make it stay open for instance when you want people to enter information and the form (mini panel) should stay open until user click on the submit button or search button in the case of a search

And it does not seem the delay is working as as soon as the mouse is no longer over the minipanel the menu disappears so the delays are not working. I have tried every setting possible. As soon as the mouse leaves the menu the minpanel is gone
