Follow-up to #1416372: Translator Plugin: Local User

Decide what exactly the ok button should do. Right now, it marks the data item in the job item as needs review, but that doesn't make much sense anymore when we don't save it there anymore. Unless we want to do that and explicitly return partial translations and not job items as a whole thing.

I think this was improved as part of the task_item entity which now just sets a translated flag, similar to how the ok button works on the review page.
