My nodes are now publishing on a defined facebook page, but how can I also post on the user's timeline at the same time? Meaning the post will be posted on a facebook page and also on the user's timeline. Or post to facebook page as the user and not the facebook page.

On the drupal for facebook site, I can see that there is a checkbox to post to timeline when I edit my account. Is this not yet implemented on d7 or I'm missing something?

Thanks!

Are you using fb_stream.module to do this? If so, just give user's permission to override the post to facebook defaults. Then connected users will be able to choose either their wall or the page.

It doesn't allow for both in one go, you'd have to save the node twice to get both. I'd consider a patch that adds that, if it does not complicate the UI.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the quick response. Really appreciate it!

When I choose user's wall it is still posting on the page, and not posting on the user's wall. I don't know if it's due to my facebook permission? Or I did a wrong token on the graph API explorer?

Also an observation, it is posting on the user's wall if the user is the admin, I mean the admin of the facebook page and the facebook app. When I use other users facebook account, it is posting only on the facebook page.

Thanks again Dave!

Speaking of quick replies, this one isn't. Sorry.

I've removed some options, as some combinations stopped working (maybe never worked). Please try a recent .dev build and let me know if there's still a problem.

I think you're limited if you want to post to a page, post as that page.
