How do I uninstall drupal

I am trying to install drupal and made a mistake when installing. Is there anyway I can uninstall drupal and just start over?

if you created database already. delete that database and then you can start from new.

I did create a database. Where will I find the database to delete it?

Whatever program you used to create the database should have a way to "drop" the database.
