Issue Summary
I've installed YUI and YUI menu (2.1), activated in modules (using the hosted library at Yahoo) and user-access, configured the top-menu for JS drop down and ... nothing.
I suspect there is more information I need. I am using the Garland theme.
Can someone point me to more details?

Just found the the "How to modify page.tpl.php" section in install.txt.
Since I'm a new Drupal user, I was looking on the Web site, not in the module folder.
