primary link to https

Please let me know how I can have one (Dashboard ) of the following primary links go to a secure page (https://insurercio.com/users/%):
Home About Us Events Education Dashboard How To Log out

Currently all the primary links are going to non secure pages. We wish to have the Dashboard link go to the https or ssl link.

perhaps http://drupal.org/project/securepages or one of the other related modules.
