Adding images to a view (LDAP)

I'm trying to create a corporate listing view based on an ldap query. The query, view and filters work great. Now I'm trying to add staff pictures into the view and I'm stuck.

1) Is there anyway to used the AD attribute thumbnailPhoto?
or
2) I've upload all the images using Media, is there anyway I can link these files to the view (file names are the users CN).
