The current documentation in advanced_help is rather incomplete, and less useful than the *.api.php files recommended for D7 modules, which can be usef for autocomplte in IDEs: I think it would be useful to have one.

A new hook has indeed been added (hook_nodequeue_delete()) and there were some parameter and usage changes. Rerolled more inline with current coding standards.
