When enabling UUID with OG already enabled, viewing content with a group reference field results in an error stating
EntityMetadataWrapperException: Unknown data property og_group_ref. in EntityStructureWrapper->getPropertyInfo() (line 339 of /Library/WebServer/Documents/git/intranet-refresh/htdocs/sites/all/modules/contrib/entity/includes/entity.wrapper.inc).
A bug related to the interaction between UUID and OG is being tracked in the OG issue queue but getting no love (#1682024: OG vs UUID (Can't create group content)). I'm cross-posting here because a similar issue (#1289332: Incompability with Organic Groups) was tracked and apparently corrected in this queue. It would be helpful to at least get some input as to in which module the problem should be addressed.

alisonI've experienced the same problem described in this issue (also when I try to create content with a group reference field).
I am also using UUID 7.x-1.0-alpha3, and I'm using OG 7.x-2.x-rc4.
I've read at the similar issue linked to above (#1289332-3: Incompability with Organic Groups) and elsewhere (for example #1719334-6: "EntityMetadataWrapperException: Unknown data property" when saving OG Group or OG Group Content with UUID enabled) that updating to 7.x-1.x-dev fixes the issue (or disabling/uninstalling UUID and running the database update script), but this was determined over a year ago, so I wish whatever the fix is were part of a recommended release by now.
Thanks!

Jackinloadup commentedtry using the latest dev release of UUID and see if that fixes your problem

skwashd commentedGiven there has been no followup in the last 2 years and I have multiple sites using OG + UUID I am closing this. If this is still a problem please open a new issue with detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem.
