How to apply URLify to existing nodes

So I am in the process of improving the SEO of a website. I downloaded and intalled URLify (by way of the SEO Checklist component) and it appears to be working. My problem now is the URLs of the current nodes (blogs, stories, etc.) will not update if I resubmit the content. What would be really great is if I could run some sort of batch process to update all nodes of particular types. If I had to go through and resubmit them all by hand that would work too. Any ideas? Thanks.
