I would like and will highly appreciate your opinion about what CMS system is the best choice for an internal web-based system for Law House - Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla ... etc. ?

While it doesn't matter from technology point of view, it still really depends on wide conditions range. Who will set it up. Who will use it. Who will support it. Who will design it. Which features would it have. Price you are ready to pay. Time you're ready to spend. Answering one question wouldn't help you much, answering all of them will move you much closer to decision.

Thanks for the detailed answer yurg. And yes you're right about that but I just wanted to know what platform would you use in case when you're going to develop such a system having in mind that it should be stable, secure, fast and of course to be developed in the shortest time it's possible.

Drupal only as per Law House
I suggest you drupal only, as Law House you need to store your clients data and history as well, which you can maintain easily in Drupal. Even I can say your all requirement solution here is Drupal.
Wordpress and Joomla are made for different kind of business. For batter content handling and strong permissions only Drupal.
