I've added token help to the settings form so that when it says 'Set any additional options to be passed to the wkhtmltopdf executable. Tokens may be used in these options (see list below).' it really does ;-)

As requested by rupertj, I've removed those pesky excessive spaces which had broken the coding standards. I've also given Netbeans a good telling off.
