What to chagne the work flow

Hi All,

If i am posting in wrong forum please suggest me.
I have new requirement from client.
A node will be created by Content Administer, to this created node end users will be adding data.
Newly added data must not be shone immediately it must be approved by the content administer
then only it must be shone to end user.

I am in need of above workflow can any one suggest me how to achieve this.

Please suggest me if i am wrong any and also ask me if required more information.
