remove civicrm_activity_ical module from automated testing queue

Issue Summary

Because this module requires CiviCRM, which has a non-standard installation process that can't be replicated by the Drupal testbot, all tests for all patches will always fail in the testbot. I didn't realize this when adding the module's 6.x and 7.x dev branches to the testbot queue.

I don't see a way to "de-queue" these branches myself; only a way to add more branches to the queue. Is this something I can do myself as a module maintainer? If not, is this issue queue the proper place to request that it be done?
