When selecting most installed it switched to relevancy.

Any work being done on this? The module search on drupal.org really sucks right now.

I think one of the biggest problems for new Drupal developers is to find the right module for the right task. And therefore the search functionality really should be prioritized if anyone want Drupal to grow and get new users. Drupal.org should have a superior module search! :) At least fix the existing bugs asap.
