If comments are disabled, the node should not have a node feed link. It would also be good if when comments are set to read only and there aren't any, the feed link is also disabled.

This was IMHO fixed already in the 1.x-dev version, but the new 2.x-dev version disallows access to these feeds (additionally to not printing links to them).
