Directory files not writeable

I see every time the same mesage, directory files writeable. When i look in the Mysqp database i see that there are no files loaded in this map.
So i changed the permissions to 777 but still no result, who can help me with tis topic.
On my webpage i see on the place where i put an image file only the border with a red cross in the corner. I looked also with fpt in the files structure and there i see the dir. files within all the image files.

I have exactly the same problem.
Check for presence of .htaccess
There should be a .htaccess file in the "files" folder. Do not remove it though - because I think there is another solution for it - I read about it once. I think that .htaccess file is causing the issue if it is there. But not sure exactly how to fix it. Deleting it is a security risk, and I believe Drupal will recreate it if it is not found, not sure.
Maybe someone else can be of assistance here?
