I've been working a bit with active edit and would love to see it integrate with thickbox if the user has it installed (instead of popping up the form up inline). I'm not proficient in developing mods, but would appreciate any assistance and throw out a small bounty for users that are interested in helping out.

Is there any progress on this (no matter if it's a duplicate or not).

Getting forms in thickboxes would suit me perfectly too.
