The media browser repeats file names on thumbnails for non-image content. Attached screenshot shows what this looks like. Patch fixes the issue.

Works as designed in the media browser and also fixes the same issue in the media widget on node forms.

Looked at the thumbnails view under the media_dev distribution using the 2.x-dev version of Media and don't see any duplicated file names for .mp3 or .mp4 files. Is this still an issue?
