Currencies cannot be edited

There are two bugs in the currency form that prevent currencies from being edited:

1. The check to see if the currency code already exists, doesn't check if the user is editing an existing currency.
2. The currency_sign element fails if it is used for a currency that is not provided by bartfeenstra/currency.
