Description

Great concept, and could be very useful to me. However, our group pays dues yearly and they are due January 1. Is there a way to add this?

How about reminder emails?

Thanks!

Yes a version for 5.x is out. I got active on this project again and will soon add a few features.

- Period option for fee types. Each fee type gets assigned a period, so that fees can be due each month, week, fortnight or year. If I should add more periods or make it dynamic or something, please request here.

- Email notification if fees are due soon or overdue. Please post some details on the requirements here about that too. Maybe change the notification on each fee type or each user?

PLEASE donate on iHostNZ or through the link on the project page, as this will take quite a bit of my time. Cheers.

Hi:

Period option:
for my purposes, a fixed yearly date works well (i.e. January 1). However, I could suggest:
- fees locked to a specific day (e.g. January 1, or the first of every month)
- fees by duration (e.g. n weeks/months/years of access starting from signup or last payment)
- weekly, monthly and yearly periods for each of the above

Someone might also find a use for a billing cycle scenario (e.g. one year's worth beginning at the next quarter).

Reminders:
- configurable lead time, defaulting to one week or one month, whichever is shorter than the period
- configurable text with variable insertion for due date, user name, item name (what the fees are for) and amount.
- grace period reminders (escalating?)
- separate notificatons for subscribers and admins

Just some thoughts...
