I recently had an issue where I needed to use the YouTube JS API so on videos being rendered by this module. I took a quick look at the module, and hacked something together, but I think that it's not a usable solution. It would be nice if there were an option to enable the jsapi somehow. The hack I created added a setting on the input format settings page.
