I had this fixed, but then updated to most recent Drupal version 7.19 this morning and now I can no longer hide the menu titles. Is there a bug in the new version or what?
Here is what I have ....

works fine here. Perhaps a cache clear?
cleared cache 3 or 4 times
cleared cache 3 or 4 times ...
reinstalled orange a few times ...
changed the tags from < none > to words and back to see if that would joggle its stubborness ...
Nothing seems to work.

I've taken another look at your images. Are you sure it's the block title that is being printed? The main menu has a block title of main menu by default and I don't see the text main menu printed any where in your images.
As a test, change the block title to something that will print and test.
Looks to me like a page/node title assuming you are talking about the text 'Location'. Unfortunately there is no way to inspect the HTML but doing so will also provide clues as to what is printing the text.
