Urgent need for experienced Theme Developer

I need an experienced theme developer to create a relatively simple 3 column theme for a custom music download site. We need a layout for the frontpage and a complementary, flexible layout for the rest of the site (possibly using collapsable regions?!). The site will have dynamic content on the frontpage.

I have a rough mockup of the site in PhotoShop and other samples of what my client is looking for. They want the frontpage to make a serious visual first impression and for it to have an "artsy-but-professional" flow and less of the "blocky", "I'm-obviously-based-on-a-CMS" feel.

There's possibility of logo work as well.

It's a pretty straight-forward project that needs to be completed ASAP.

I, personally, am also looking for a possible long-term partner to help with conversion of other sites to Drupal.
