The composite provider existed in the 6.x branch but it was removed in 7.x because of complexity and real usage. There are still a few left over.

Fixed with 4f1aaef. I don't write an update function because we change the default values of NOT NULL columns, and those 'composites' default values have never been used (if they were used, we have even much bigger than just a simply left over).
