I enclose a patch for fields.inc that adds all in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 defined countries. I also reversed the capitalization of the countries cause that looked weird. And I made the 2-letter country code instead of the full name be the index for that field cause that makes more sense.

There must still be found a better solution for the state code outside the USA. That one and the field order annoys people outside the USA.

I also corrected a typo 'fileds' -> 'fields' at many lines in the code.

The patch applies to the latest CVS version 1.4 of 'fields.inc'
