Module for Cover Page Block

Hey people,

Attached is a module that provides a block which displays cover pages of epublish editions, based on the categories and dateline respectively.

The block also has a few configurable settings including cover page count (for which a javascript toggle is used to display the rest, where needed), cover page list ordering, and edition title colour.
