Publishers Gazette Drupal 7

After downloading Publishers's Gazette successfully the two links to add new block and download modules disappeared (drupal 7)

ah. It's a theme for open publish. Are you using open publish?

Thanks for your interest. Yes I have been using Open Publish for a while but recently moved to this latest version Publishers Gazette which has an Omega base theme
