This depends on #1766012: Integrating Bank Account information to save within CIM.

Add checkboxes to the configuration form to allow admins to select which credit card types and bank account types to allow.

Credit card types:

* Visa
* Mastercard
* American Express
* Discover

Bank account types:

* Checking
* Savings
* Business Checking

Drupal 6 is end-of-life tomorrow and we will be dropping support for the 6.x-1.x branch at that time. Moving this to the 7.x-1.x queue.
