Set weight with Node Display? [#1900554]

How much will it cost to get the weight to be removed and have this module show up under "admin/structure/types/manage/{insert type}/display"? I need to manage the weight not by 1<->10 but have it be between two entity's

I just found that you can "Show Weights" and manually set the field weights around your module. Well I wont be paying for it anymore but its a nice feature to have.
