Redirect 7.17 not redirecting correctly in Internet Explorer

I am using Redirect 7.17 module to set up redirects. I have found that the results are correct in Firefox, but, my results in Internet Explorer and Chrome seem to result in errors.

I am attempting to remap --
http://www.mathforyou.com/arithmetic/percent/practice/Conversions/Percen... to
http://www.mathforyou.com/arithmetic/percent/practice/Conversions/Percen...
with the Redirect module.

When I enter 'http://www.mathforyou.com/arithmetic/percent/practice/Conversions/PercentToDecimal,' in Firefox the correct page is found. In Internet Explorer and Chrome I get the message:
'The requested page "/arithmetic/percent/practice/Conversions/PercentToDecimal" could not be found. '

What might I be setting up incorrectly that this error would occur?
