in front page, I can see the content of
Weekly Meeting Times in Sidebar second.
but
in admin/structure/block
the Sidebar second is none
so ,this confuse me.
can you tell me where is the layout of sidebar second ?

We use the context module at /admin/structure/context. This is a more powerful tool for moving blocks. The global context has the sidebar blocks.
