Credit card number does not validate on Kickstart demo site

Issue Summary

Currently you cannot submit a fake/demo credit card number during checkout. This field should validate with any number.

Well the whole point of the commerce_kickstart_payment module is to behave like a regular payment method, if you want a payment method with no validation, you should enable commerce_example_payment instead.
