I want to use MongoDB for Field-storage, also the taxonomy-entities.

How will this work together with this module? Is this module MongoDB compatible for taxonomy-field storage in Mongo?

All this module does is using existing taxonomy terms and creating menu links from them. So I don't see a reason why it would not work, but I've never used MangoDB. Maybe you could test it and report back in the issue queue if you find any problem.

I'm nearly positive we still aren't utilizing EFQ to the best of our ability, which means that we're coupled to MySQL for the foreseeable future.
