How to change location of main menu on Garland theme

I am new to Drupal, and I would like to know, how do I change the location of the main menu on the Garland theme? I have provided a link to show the location where I want to move it:

From the admin menu, go to structure/blocks . There should be a main menu block that you can move into different regions.
