I am having problems trying to set display format of a AddThis field for a custom content type on Manage Display screen.
I followed below steps:

  • Installed AddThis 7.x.-4.x-dev
  • Navigated to admin/config/user-interface/addthis and enabled Facebook share and Twitter services
  • Created a new content type 'News Item'
  • Added a new field of type 'AddThis' called Social Links
  • On 'Manage Display' for any view mode the format for the new field does not get set to Basic Button or Toolbox, the refresh animation keep running

Am I missing some steps ?

If the Basic Button and Basic Toolbox are no shown you forgot to install the AddThis Displays module. If thats it you can close the issue otherwise let me know.
